Mortgage Tip
- When you agree to a variable rate mortgage ensure you are able to "lock in" (change to a fixed rate mortgage) at anytime. Also make sure you would receive the new fixed term's best discounted rate the lender is offering at the moment. lenders will require you to pick either the same remaining term or longer as the current variable mortgage.
