Rick holds the AMP accreditation (accredited mortgage professional) with the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and is on his fifth year as a mortgage broker.  Add five years of Real Estate experience and you have well rounded knowledge of the best ways to buy and finance propertys in the Comox Valley and Canada.  

Rick joined Bayfield Mortgage Professionals in 2008 to better serve his clients with greater options from traditional lending to private sources.  In his spare time Rick performs and writes music along with living a very full life in Courtenay with his wife and 5 children.
